These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mineward website, game servers, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service if you are under the age required by your local laws to consent to online services.

2. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft and any associated accounts used with the Service.
• Do not share your credentials or attempt to access anyone else’s account.

3. In‑Game Conduct

• No cheating, exploiting, botting, or use of unauthorized modifications.
• No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or other abusive behavior.
• No advertising, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Follow staff directions; staff decisions may be final for community safety.

4. Purchases, Donations, and Refunds

Purchases and donations for Mineward are processed by our commerce partner Tebex. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the Tebex terms and policies. Digital items are generally delivered immediately and are non‑refundable except where required by law. If delivery fails, contact us and we will assist. Tebex terms: tebex.io/terms.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• The Mineward name, logos, artwork, and custom content are owned by us or our licensors.
• Minecraft and Mojang are trademarks of Mojang AB; Mineward is not affiliated with Mojang AB.
• You may not copy, sell, or redistribute our content without permission.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the community. Attempts to evade moderation (e.g., ban evasion) are prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mineward and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted here. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
